Dave Bonselaar
Dave Bonselaar
Dave Bonselaar lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife, Jeannette. Together they are grateful parents of three married children and four grandchildren who keep them laughing and praying in equal measure.
Dave has pastored churches in upstate New York, Southern California, Central Iowa, and – for the last 20 years – in metro Atlanta. He holds a Master of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological seminary, and is ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church.
When the Christmas season arrives, Dave and Jeannette portray Santa and Mrs. Claus – work that reminds Dave that showing up with warmth and wonder is part of how love gets practiced. The rest of the year, he is probably reading, catching a baseball game for the human stories hidden in its unhurried pace, or sharing coffee with Jeanette and friends. They believe that music, art, and a good gathered table do some of God’s best work in healing what divides us.
