Hidden Harvest

The only vegetable my young son would eat was corn on the cob.  He wouldn’t even eat kernel corn or cream corn.  He wouldn’t even eat the kernels if they were cut off the cob in front of him. Yes, we had a problem.

This book is my quest to turn my fussy eater into a veggie-lover.  Through the chapters, you’ll learn ways to introduce veggies in imaginative ways, sometimes sneaky and sometimes just plain fun.  My tips might not work for every kid, but if only a few work for your child, then you’ll be on your way to opening your child to a love of veggies.
